While we recognize NO ONE can be made to do anything they don’t want to, we used this statement as motivation and the driving force behind the development of The TrouF, a nonprofit for profit. What happens, when someone thirsty enough, is lead to “water” or opportunities that provide a genuine oasis of financial and educational freedom? With your help, we have the chance to find out! ALL Thirsty Horses are welcomed to the potential that awaits them at the oasis of The TrouF. Opportunity has never tasted so sweet...

After four, very intense years developing a revolutionary concept for cohabitation, (in my personal home), with tens of hundreds of renters, mostly rewarding, (all enlightening), has provided me the countless experiences necessary to create the most secure system ever, to protect homeowners and meet the unique needs of all the varying types of individual longer-term renters. We provide the first ever “revenue generating” platform to address the growing housing epidemic with beta proven incentives designed to bring massive new inventory to market and benefit homeowners and renters like never before.

Our custom tiered, Live-Learn-Earn solution, is a revolutionary trifecta of opportunity that provides the collaborative environment by which local (and global) industry can be harnessed, maximized and leveraged to benefit “Our” TrouF member cooperative, and that of our local communities. The ability to do so will be necessary to solve the affordable housing and residual homelessness epidemic gripping our beloved Boise and most communities across our nation. Because affordable housing isn’t the only challenge or opportunity spearheading these issues, there for a dynamic solution will be required.

My commitment and dedication getting The TrouF and this disruptive concept to market is resolute. To prove it… I AM GIVING AWAY MY HOUSE!!!  YES, My House!! 20,000 people will have an opportunity to win my 1970s, five-bedroom split level, income earning property including mother-in-law, with private kitchen located on the desirable upper bench area here in beautiful Boise, Idaho and in doing so, collectively we will be contributing to a greater solution! I am ACTIVELY crowdfunding my personal residence now to raise the capital needed to finance a full-scale, real world pilot to prove the model is both sound, and profitable.
